Robert W. Clark
Bob Clark is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cooperative Business International, Inc. (“CBI”). In addition to 8 years as President and Chief Executive Officer of CBI, he has over 25 years of extensive experience and success as a Division Manager, Regional Manager, Turnaround Specialist and Vice President of International Operations for a $2.5 billion corporation. He is a member of many committees dealing with governance and problem-solving issues. He serves multiple organizations as a member of their Board of Directors as well as several Board Executive Committees. In addition to his role at CBI, Bob is also the President of CBI Development Group, Inc. (“CBIDG”). CBIDG is an Ohio non-profit corporation that is focused upon U.S. Agriculture Sector Development activities. This non-profit is fully funded and supported by Cooperative Business International, Inc. Bob is listed in the National Register of ‘Who’s Who’ in Executives and Professionals.

Bob received his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with distinction from the University of Dayton where he placed in the top five percent of this class. His graduate work specialized in Finance and Marketing. Bob received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University where he majored in Animal Science with equal emphasis on Ag Economics. He is married with three children and resides in Westerville, Ohio.

Gregory T. Hammer
Greg Hammer is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cooperative Business International, Inc. He has over 28 years experience and success in the accounting and financial field. In addition to in-depth exposure to many companies as an audit manager for Coopers & Lybrand, Greg also served as controller and internal audit director for Countrymark Cooperative, Inc., a $2.5 billion company located in the central United States. Greg is a Certified Public Account (CPA) and holds a BSBA degree from the University of Dayton where he graduated with honors.
