President and Chief Executive Officer
Bob has serverd as President and Chief Executive Officer of CBI Global since 1998. He also has over 25 years of extensive experience and success as a Division Manager, Regional Manager, Turnaround Specialist and Vice President of International Operations for a $2.5 billion corporation. He is a member of many committees dealing with governance and problem-solving issues. He serves multiple organizations as a member of their Board of Directors as well as several Board Executive Committees.In addition to his role at CBI Global, Bob is also the President of CBI Development Group, Inc. ("CBIDG"). CBIDG is an Ohio non-profit corporation that is focused upon U.S. Agriculture Sector Development activities. This non-profit is fully funded and supported by CBI Global. Bob is listed in the National Register of ‘Who’s Who’ in Executives and Professionals.
Bob received his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with distinction from the University of Dayton where he placed in the top five percent of his class. His graduate work specialized in Finance and Marketing. Bob received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University where he majored in Animal Science with equal emphasis on Ag Economics. He is married with two sons and one daughter and resides in Westerville, Ohio.

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ryan’s career has spanned over 12 years and has included leadership roles in corporate finance, strategy and private equity, primarily in the financial services, information technology and chemical industries. Prior to joining CBI Global, Ryan spent ten years at Nationwide in roles of increasing responsibility, including six years as the founder and Managing Director of Nationwide Mutual Capital, the strategic private equity division of Nationwide. In this role, he led a team that completed over 20 new and follow-on investments and successfully exited several investments. Ryan has served on numerous private company boards of directors, and has served on several audit, compensation and executive committees. Ryan also is active in the Columbus business, non–profit and higher education community, serving on the Board of Trustees of the Columbus Council on World Affairs, and volunteer service with TechColumbus and The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
Ryan received an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Strategy from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business where he graduated as salutatorian. Ryan also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics summa cum laude, also from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. He is married with one daughter and resides in Columbus, Ohio.
